It’s almost easier for you to just pose the minifigure standing up, or seated down with their arms just grazing the handles instead of full accuracy. The motorcycle handles are a little annoying as they’re made of these paddle-type stud with horizontal bar elements, and you need a really specific angle and for the minifigure to stand to grasp it like you would a motorcycle’s throttle. The minifigure can stand or sit as there’s a 2×2 area for you to affix the minifigure to it. Here’s a look at Black Widow’s bike, which has pops of red, and clips at the back to hold her batons. The scale is very off, however as the bikes are way too big for the minifigure, but the trade-off is that they’re slightly more playable, can be driven around easily, or off ramps, and feature weaponry like stud shooters. The build was fairly simple, and I think it’s still quite novel to have these brick-built motorcycles instead of the regular minifigure-scale bikes we used to get in Avengers sets. The set features two brick-built motorcycles, and feels very much like a Marvel/Avengers version of 76179 Batman & Selina Kyle Motorcycle Pursuit which also featured 2 brick-built motorcycles.
I do think there’s a bit too much emphasis on grey, and I really would’ve like some arm printing for her Black Widow’s Bite electroshock wrist weapons. Here’s a look at the new Black Widow minifigure, flanked by the first one, and a recent one to show just how different the suit is. The faint electric blue lines aren’t as prominent as her other suits, but I like this more muted colour scheme, although it would’ve been really nice if LEGO gave us a bit more pops of red, or even arm printing.Ĭaptain America isn’t new, and it’s the same minifigure as the one previously in the small 76189 Captain America and Hydra Face-Off set, and he also comes with a wig for Steve Rogers mode.
