Obtains pertinent patient demographic and insurance information prior to scheduled appointments.Responsible for rescheduling of appointments, tests and procedures of patients that are booked on a date that the physician has been called out.Responsible for scheduling and confirmation of new and follow-up patient visits, as well as diagnostic testing as instructed by the physician in the patient flow sheet, providing patients with written confirmation and necessary instructions for all lab work, tests and procedures.In collaboration with the physician(s), schedules and maintains the calendar for all physician meetings.Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
